Ultimate Clean Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Client") and Ultimate Clean LLC ("Ultimate Clean," "we," "our," or "us") regarding the cleaning services we provide. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Service Provided
Ultimate Clean offers residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Connecticut, including standard recurring cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and post-construction cleans. Customized services may be arranged upon request. Services are performed by trained staff who are committed to professionalism, respect, and safety.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible entry to the property on the scheduled date. If cleaners are unable to access the property, a lockout fee of $50 may apply. Services are available by appointment only.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 cancellation fee may apply. For same-day cancellations or missed appointments, a 50% service fee may be charged. Repeat last-minute cancellations may result in future service refusal.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of your space. We provide quotes before service. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms such as Zelle. Late or declined payments may incur additional fees.
5. Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no charge. Refunds are not issued unless a re-clean is not feasible.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best service, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and instructions
- Remove clutter and secure fragile or valuable items
- Inform Ultimate Clean of pets, hazards, or special cleaning needs
- Ensure all plumbing, electricity, and fixtures are in working order
We are not responsible for cleaning areas we cannot access safely or efficiently.
7. Pets
While we love pets, clients must ensure that animals are secured and do not pose a risk to cleaners. Ultimate Clean is not liable for pets escaping or any damages caused by unsecured animals during service.
8. Damages & Breakage
We treat your space with care, but if accidental damage occurs, please contact us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing wear or damage
- Improperly installed fixtures
- Items not secured or disclosed
Our liability is limited to the cost of the item, up to $250 per occurrence.
9. Photo & Media Release
With your permission, we may take non-identifying before-and-after photos of our work for promotional purposes. We will never share personal information or address details. You may revoke consent at any time.
10. Use of Website
You agree not to use the Ultimate Clean website to:
- Transmit viruses or malicious content
- Harass, abuse, or defame others
- Interfere with security or access other users’ information
- Violate laws or regulations
We reserve the right to deny access or take legal action for misuse.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Ultimate Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- The environment is unsafe
- There is harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Payment issues persist
- Access is repeatedly denied
We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion.
12. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Client information is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Connecticut.
14. Changes to These Terms
Ultimate Clean may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
